ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
Major Duties (Job Description)
- You will support 756 division projects by providing Contract Support Manager (CSM) support for the division's project requirements.
- You will prepare, compile, analyze and review the required documentation for supply requisitions
- You will analyze, advise, and assist in preparation of PR documentation and forms.
- You will create and/or processes all procurement actions for supplies and/or services in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) for the Division and approved external requirements.
- You will be responsible for transactions required through the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (Navy ERP) and Operating Materials and Supplies (OM and S)
- You will perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions.
Qualification Summary
NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band NO-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing Contract Support Manager (CSM)/Contracting Officer Representative (COR) support, and perform Program Management duties tracking cost, schedule and performance of procurement actions. NO:03 Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band NO-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of contract and procurement programs/activities, policies, and objectives to support program/project.
