- Major Duties (Job Description):
- You will serve as the Taiwan Security Cooperation Senior Case Manager in support of the PMW 740 International C4I program office within PEO C4I.
- You will demonstrate knowledge and experience with policy and processes associated with all elements of Security Cooperation.
- You will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and performance of a complex C4 integration project across multiple high-level stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team comprised of Echelon III Government, Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), and various contract support personnel spanning multiple disciplines.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of Security Cooperation efforts supporting the delivery, modernization, and/or sustainment of C4 capabilities baselined for Taiwan.
- You will be responsible for managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Building Partner Capacity (BPC) cases from the Pre Letter of Request (LOR) phase to case completion.
- You will be responsible for engaging a wide array of stakeholders at the flag and SES level.
- You will brief high-ranking members of the Taiwan Ministry of National Defense (MND), the Taiwan Information Communications Electronics Force (ICEF), and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO).
- You will coordinate with representatives from INDOPACOM, Industry, and various U.S. stakeholders to define capability requirements, develop Security Cooperation (SC) cases, and deliver capabilities that promote enhanced coalition interoperability.
- You will be responsible for effectively leading a number of disparate functional groups and developing a cohesive team capable of successfully handling complex problems.
- Qualification Summary:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or DP-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing cost, schedule, and performance of a complex C4 integration project across multiple high-level stakeholders; and policy and processes associated with all elements of Security Cooperation is required to perform duties (such as: Security Cooperation organization and stakeholders, Technology Transfer and Disclosure, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) policy and process, Building Partner Capacity (BPC) policy and process, Transportation (of products overseas), End Use Monitoring, Financial Policies & Procedures (governing FMS and BPC), International Education & Training, Security Assistance, Financial Management, Contracting, Contracts Management, Risk Management, and Schedule Management).

- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position requires a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain up to Top Secret/SCI.
